Rodney Baucom

Rodney is a five-time winner of the Singing News Fan Award for Large Market DJ.   He most recently served as the General Manager and Morning show Host for the JoyFM Radio Network based in Winston Salem, North Carolina. He’s a true “morning person” with an upbeat delivery and a smile in his voice.  He and his wife, Kelly, have four children that range in age from six to seventeen.

Kelli Richards

Kelli Richards, a native Kentuckian, now makes her home in the deep South. Hubby Jimmy, daughter Jessie, and 3 dogs (Misty, Lucky, Angel) make for one big happy family. A CMA Broadcast Personality of the Year in ’95, Kelli spent many years as a morning dj in country radio in Shreveport, LA, before moving to Atlanta, GA for Christian music in ’99, and is very excited to be on the God’s Country team. She does voiceover work, including movie theatre commercials, so next time you’re at the movies, you might hear her voice. Kelli is a two time ovarian cancer survivor, and thanks God for each day. She spends time helping other women on their cancer journey, plus helps spread awareness about ovarian cancer every chance she gets.

Jeff Roper

Jeff is a 2 time winner of the Country Music Association’s Broadcast Personality of the Year and was named one of the top 4 country morning hosts in the country by Billboard magazine. He has programmed and been on the air at some of the biggest Country stations in the Southeast, including: WSOC, Charlotte,NC ,WCOS, Columbia, SC, WSSL & WESC, Greenville, SC. Jeff has also appeared nationally on CMT, “Reba”, “The Young and the Restless”, and covered Farm Aid for NBC News. His interviews with the artists, stories behind the music. interesting stories, and humor make afternoons a bright spot.
